Be a better neighbor
This 60-minute free workshop helps members and peers of a team-of-teams (or ART) leadership group visualize their neighborhood, connect to their neighbors’ aspirations and expectations, create shared clarity on how those needs are met, and identify shifts to help improve those relationships.
Public offerings of this workshop are currently managed through a waitlist. Please share your contact information below, and we’ll ensure you are invited to the next offering as space is available.
How it helps
This live workshop guides you through exercises to:
Trace the threads of impact through your team of teams
Find the tangles where teams struggle to serve effectively
Shape the shifts to help people relate more effectively
We set each participant up with a private Miro space and guide the group through an exploration of the external relationships for your team of teams (ART, Tribe, Program, or whatever you call a group of teams).
We’ll use these relationships to explore the tangled paths value finds in a complex organization, and from there start to identify tactics (we call them “shifts”) that can help you start to ease the tension and make it a bit easier for everyone involved to achieve their aspirations.
Who’s it for?

Members of the ART triad - Product Manager, RTE, Architect
Leaders (managers) within and around the ART who want to support its evolution
