The after-purchase email will contain scheduling instructions. You can use the coaching time in 60 or 30 minute segments. I highly recommend using the time together as a team of coaches from a the LACE. The initial call must be completed within 90 days of purchase, and any remaining sessions expire in six months. 

The deployment strategy conversation is a safety meeting focused on using the toolkit in healthy, non-destructive ways. It includes additional focus on coaching leaders in using PI Objectives in generative, connective ways.
